Happy New Years! 2019

Happy New Years, everyone!

Can you believe its 2019? Because I personally can’t. 2018 had its up and downs, however, when I reflect on the past year, the good outweighs the bad. I pray during your reflection of 2018, you will feel the same way. The Lord has been so wonderful to us the whole year, from January to the last second of  2018. He kept his promises and kept us hidden in the shadow of His wings from harm. 

I am excited and honestly nervous to start this new journey the Lord has instructed me to pursue. However, as the bible says ” Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7) “for the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but He gave us power, love, and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7). In other words, faith it until you make it. That’s my motto for 2019, Faith it until I make it. 

So, what are your 2019 resolutions? Mine is simple and yet important. The first is for God to help me with this blog because without him, I cannot do it on my own. Secondly, to continue to grow in Him and understand who He is more and more. Third and lastly, to stay in touch with my friends and to breathe. Breathe in the sense of taking a moment during the day and appreciating what’s happening around me.

Once again Happy New Years!! and I pray, the Lord who created the Heaven and Earth, all the creations and named them, will keep you throughout 2019. That the promises and plans He has for you will come to pass. And He will continue to instruct you, guide you, and counsel you all the days of your life. In Jesus name. Amen!
